Who guides you on your visit?

Martina Manfredi, a distinguished art historian, specializing in Medieval and Modern Art History.
She is author of several articles dealing with XVIII century art, in Arte|Documento, The Burlington Magazine,and Arte Veneta.
In addition to teaching art history in private schools for foreign students, and taking guided tours in the National Museums of Pisa and in temporary exhibitions, Martina has been required as a Tour Leader in Tuscany and Liguria and since 2007 she has been working as Licensed Tourist Guide of Pisa and its Province.

Martina got her start in guiding thanks to the passion she has for art.
She is a very positive and professional person, able to adapt every single tour to the wishes of the people and the weather of the day.

Martina collaborates with some skilled colleagues as well as friends, in order to create itineraries to discover other fascinating towns of Tuscany: Lucca, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Livorno.

Finally, Martina is member of the The Association of Tuscan Tourist Guides (A.G.T.) and of The National Association of Tourist Guide Professionals (A.N.G.T.), fellow of the Fédération Européenne des Associations de Guides Touristiques (FEG) and of The World Federation of Tourist Guide Associations (WFTGA).
