Take part to a delightful experience in Pisa countryside: you will visit a winery located in Terriciola, also known as ‘Città del Vino’, on the road between Pisa and Volterra, in the heart of Tuscany.
Together with the owners you will explore the vineyard, visit the cellar where you will learn all details about the wine making process and, if the weather is good, discover an ancient Etruscan Tomb where barriques were kept until recent time.
The tour will finish with a professional tasting of five authentic high quality local wines, including interesting blends made with native grapes and a superb Chianti DOCG!

Then, we will drive to the cosy village of Peccioli for a delicious lunch at a family run Tuscan Trattoria/pastryshop: there they will serve fresh homemade pasta and other typical Tuscan dishes. The meal will finish with a special dessert, the traditional handmade almond crispy ‘Cantucci’ biscuits, which they will bring you pared with a delicious local amber-hued ‘Vinsanto’ (Holy wine)!
